AB Contract Flooring Ltd was established to supply and fit soft flooring products (vinyl and carpets of all types) for a range of commercial clients and building contractors, most of whom were long standing contacts of the Directors in previous flooring businesses.

In parallel with the established flooring products, primarily broad or narrow loom carpets and sheet vinyl, recent success and association with a quality product manufacturer has encouraged the company to undertake high quality timber/laminate effect vinyl flooring, currently a very fashionable product. The contract management team has in-house skills inall types of installation and thus ensures quality is maintained.

In all its activities, AB Contract Flooring aims to deliver standards of service, product advice and quality not normally found within the contract flooring industry.

The business has a stable and highly experienced management team, lead by its Directors. The business has excellent support staff to provide administrative, marketing and financial management, as well as an experienced contract management team, and maintains a strong team of fitters and supervisors. In addition, the company has retained external advisors for management accounting and for general management and strategy advice.

Premises, tools and facilitiesThe business currently operates from a large Warehouse and Offices in Blackpool. The warehouse carries stock of commonly used flooring materials, accessories and special purchase lines for use on phased or expected orders.

The company operates its own vehicles for use in delivering materials and for the transport of fitters and tools to site.
